Note: Every appointment is time I have booked specifically for you, this means declining other appointment requests or anything else. Please be mindful of this if you need to cancel your appointment. If something happens beyond your control that might affect your ability to attend your appointment, it is required you advise me as soon as possible.
All appointments require a holding deposit upon booking. Holding deposits are non-refundable.
Contact will be attempted a total of three times prior to your scheduled appointment using the details you provide. Should you not respond it will be assumed that you no longer wish to keep your appointment and it will be canceled. Your holding deposit will not be refunded.
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:
If you are running late or lost, call or text me at (310) 421-8428. Once your appointment has reached 5 minutes past your booked time, I will contact you. If you cannot be reached 15 minutes past your booked time your appointment will be canceled and your holding deposit will be forfeited. Should you wish to book any future appointments, full payment upfront will be required to make a booking.

If you are feeling sick or experiencing any of the symptoms listed below leading up to your appointment, please contact me and we will reschedule your appointment to a later date. Any paid holding deposits will remain as a credit to a future appointment. If you arrive and are showing any signs of illness, I cannot perform services.
**If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian will be required to make your booking and deposit payment on your behalf.
